Providing the product you ordered, in the best quality and in a fast timeframe is our absolute top priority. No if ands or buts.

If you're unhappy with what you've ordered, then we'd be happy to replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product.
If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return NO PROBLEM. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage. Once approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.

2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
Fresh Grooming does not take responsibility for possible fees.
