How To Grow a Thicker Beard

There are few things more pathetic than a a struggle beard

A struggle beard is:

Patchy

- Has a bad growth pattern (I'm looking at you neckbeards)

And it's a beard that's dry, brittle and otherwise shabby in appearance.

If you suffer from a struggle beard...

Do yourself a solid and read on because in this short yet informative article because in the next 3 minutes, I'm going to show you how to grow a thicker, fuller beard that'll make you the envy of all men.

Before we get started, here's what you need to know your ability to grow a beard is largely dependent on genetics and some men have been more blessed by the beard Gods than others...

But fear not because there are still a handful of things you can do to to grow your beard.

The first being complementing your diet with Prostaglandins

Prostaglandins are a subset of eicosanoids signalling molecules derived from fatty acids of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

These Fatty acids in combination have been proven to aid in hair growth and indirectly affect negative regulators of hair growth, meaning they protect against hair loss as well.

With that said, eating a diet rich in Prostaglandins has become hard to do due to all the crap in food nowadays

To combat this start supplementing with a quality fatty acid formulation.

This will ensure you get enough Prostaglandins to nurture thicker, fuller, beard growth

Your second line of attack in avoiding a struggle beard has to do with grooming your beard

As I mentioned earlier, beard growth is largely genetic and for the same reasons few of us will ever play in the NFL

MLB

or NBA...

Some of us also have bad beard growth pattens. If you're one of the unfortunate plagued with a beard that can be mistaken for a turtle neck sweater...

It's critical you grow a beard style that suits your face. A beard style that suits your face does two things:

1: It creates the illusion of symmetry

2: it makes you look more masculine.

If you have a round face, choose a beard style with shorter length around the sides and if you have a narrow face choose a style with more growth around the sides of the face and less hair around the chin.

This will create the illusion of a proportionate face shape which makes you look better.

Lastly if you have struggle beard, stop treating your facial hair like an after thought...

Your facial hair is one of your greatest assets in the game of attraction...

So don't treat it like a red headed stepchild

Step up your beard game by treating your facial hair with the same respect you give the rest of your hair.

Meaning you MUST wash it at 3x a week...

Condition it with a cooling beard balm and...

For the love of the bearded Gods moisturize it with a high quality beard oil.

As a bearded brother it's my duty to make sure you represent all we stand for.

Use these 3 tips I've just shared with you...

And cultivate a beard worthy of envy.
